Ol Pejeta is a working conservancy: cattle and wildlife share 360 km² of Laikipia plains, and the revenue funds one of the continent's most serious rhino protection operations. It is also home to the world's last two northern white rhinos, kept under 24-hour guard.
Because it is private land, guides can walk with you, drive after dark and take you behind the scenes with the anti-poaching and canine units — access you simply cannot get in a national park.
Why Ol Pejeta Conservancy is unique
- Home to the world's last two northern white rhinos
- East Africa's largest black-rhino sanctuary
- Chimpanzee sanctuary and Big Five viewing
- Night drives and conservation-led encounters
