Balance paid closer to travel

We are a licensed ground operator in Kenya and Tanzania with established partners in Zanzibar, Uganda and Rwanda. For agencies and operators that means one contract, one invoice and one point of contact across the whole region.

Trade business runs on a separate desk from our direct enquiries. Rates are net, quotes are confidential, and nothing we send you carries our branding unless you ask for it.

01

What partners get

The commercial basics, agreed before the first booking rather than negotiated per file.

  • Net, commissionable or white-label pricing — your choice per contract
  • Named consultant with same-day response on live files
  • 24/7 in-country duty phone while your clients are travelling
  • Public liability cover, licences and insurance documentation on request

02

How we quote

Send dates, party size, budget band and any must-haves. You get a costed day-by-day itinerary with camp options at two tiers, park fees itemised and flights priced separately so you can substitute freely.

Questions about partner with us on the ground

Is the itinerary really free?

Yes. You receive a costed, day-by-day itinerary with no payment and no obligation. You only pay once you decide to secure the trip.

What does the quoted price include?

Accommodation, meals as listed, your private guide and vehicle, park and conservancy fees and the transfers or flights shown. Every inclusion and exclusion is listed line by line on your proforma.

How do I secure my safari?

A 50% deposit holds your camps and flights. The balance is due closer to departure, and we send reminders well ahead of the due date.

Can I change the itinerary?

Anything can change before you book: camps, number of nights, the order of parks, adding a beach finish or switching between luxury and ultra-luxury.

Is it a group tour?

No. Every journey is private — your own guide and vehicle, leaving when you are ready and stopping when you want.
