Balance paid closer to travel

Volume business needs certainty more than it needs flexibility. If you are running repeat departures or moving groups through the Mara and Serengeti in high season, space has to be held long before the brochure goes out.

We contract allocations with camps on your behalf, manage release deadlines and tell you early when a date is at risk.

01

Series departures

Fixed dates, fixed price, guaranteed vehicles.

  • Rates locked for the contracted season, including park fees
  • Camp allocations with agreed release dates
  • Dedicated guides and vehicles blocked for each departure
  • Rooming lists and final numbers accepted up to the release deadline

02

Groups and incentives

Groups above twelve travellers need convoy planning, staggered camp arrivals and sometimes charter aircraft to keep the day workable. We cost those elements separately so you can see exactly what group size is doing to the per-person price.

03

Reporting

Monthly booking statements, passenger manifests and reconciliation against your own system. Invoices are issued per file with park fees and taxes itemised.

Questions about b2b safaris

Is the itinerary really free?

Yes. You receive a costed, day-by-day itinerary with no payment and no obligation. You only pay once you decide to secure the trip.

What does the quoted price include?

Accommodation, meals as listed, your private guide and vehicle, park and conservancy fees and the transfers or flights shown. Every inclusion and exclusion is listed line by line on your proforma.

How do I secure my safari?

A 50% deposit holds your camps and flights. The balance is due closer to departure, and we send reminders well ahead of the due date.

Can I change the itinerary?

Anything can change before you book: camps, number of nights, the order of parks, adding a beach finish or switching between luxury and ultra-luxury.

Is it a group tour?

No. Every journey is private — your own guide and vehicle, leaving when you are ready and stopping when you want.

Every Perch Africa journey is built from scratch.

Tell us your dates, your travelling party and your budget and we will come back with a costed itinerary, real camp availability and a clear price — no templates.
