Fees are per person per 24 hours and are already included in every quote we send — conservancies charge a conservation levy that funds land leases to Maasai landowners and anti-poaching teams. Beach and city stays carry no entry fee. Government fees are reviewed annually and high-season surcharges can apply.

FAQ
As a planning guide we price luxury camps from about USD 800 per person per night and ultra-luxury villas from about USD 1,280, both full board with game drives, park entry and conservancy fees. A seven-night Mara and Amboseli journey at luxury level therefore lands around USD 5,600 per person before international flights.
Kenya Wildlife Service charges a park entry fee per person per 24 hours — currently USD 200 in the Maasai Mara National Reserve and USD 100 in Amboseli. Private conservancies bordering the Mara, plus Ol Pejeta, Lewa and Borana, charge a conservation fee of USD 110 to 150 instead, which pays land leases to Maasai landowners and funds anti-poaching teams. Both are included in our quotes.
July to October is the classic dry season, with the wildebeest migration and Mara River crossings. January to March is hot, dry and quieter with superb big-cat viewing and lower rates. April, May and November are the rains — great value, lush landscapes and a few camps closed.
Eight to ten days works best: three to four nights in the Maasai Mara or a private conservancy, two nights in Amboseli beneath Kilimanjaro, and an optional three nights on the coast at Diani or Lamu.
Yes. A short flight links the Mara to Diani or Lamu, so most guests finish with three or four barefoot nights at the beach. We book both legs on one itinerary with a single point of contact.
Not every safari company. The safari company.
Anyone can send you a brochure. We build your journey with named stays, verified availability and every cost shown before you commit — then save the finest sighting for your final golden hour.
01
Your dates, pace, interests and budget shape the route. We order every stop logically and keep the strongest experience for the finish.
02
Your safari is not a shared departure. Leave when you are ready, stay longer at a sighting and adjust each day with your guide.
03
You see the proposed camps, transfers, flights, park fees, inclusions and exclusions before you decide—not just a headline price.
04
Suggested stays remain suggestions until checked. We verify the space for your dates before issuing the booking offer.
05
Change the route, number of nights, camp level or transport until the journey fits. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
06
The itinerary, quote and booking details stay aligned. A 50% deposit secures the approved trip, with the balance paid closer to travel.
