Once the venues have been narrowed down to 3 top locations using the requirements given, an advance site inspection is scheduled to get an in-person confirmation of the hotel's capability to accommodate our client's needs as well as find out in advance of any disruptions that may occur during this time e.g. renovations. If the conference/meeting attendees are coming from different parts of the country or from abroad, we also provide transport and accommodation arrangements for the conference. We provide air ticketing, airport transfers, accommodation and transfers to the conference venue if different from the accommodation venue.
The day before and the day of the meeting/conference, a representative from Perch Africa Safaris will visit the venue to ensure that all set ups and preparations are in order for the smooth running of the event. Client proceeds with the event as scheduled.
